Alphas don't use cyber chatrooms much. Not only that, bodybuilding tends to attract betas that think they can become alpha by injecting drugs and building muscles so they can put on a thong and get clapped.

None of us are alpha. Anybody that even talks about being alpha is, by definition, a beta pretending.

I just came back from the gym. In fact, I wore my tank top and shorts today. I don't mean to sound like an ass hole but every step i took, guys cowered and put their heads down. Girls pretended to turn the other way but I could see them checking me out through the mirrors.

I'm definitely the biggest alpha in these forums and it's not even close.

haha yes! Exactly this. Bodybuilding in general is full of insecure beta bitches. .. as groink knce said, a bunch of societies rejects that think that they can grow a suit of muscles and suddenly not be a whiny, insecure, socially awkward loser.

No, anyone inherently alpha wouldn't do this fucking shit. Anyone secure enough in themselves to be happy in their lives and attract women based on their personal qualities wouldn't fill their body with a load of shit in the hope that it might change some inherent defect in their personality.

you sir are generalizing, I do not bodybuild etc to try and change some personality defect I do it to change my body for the challenge and enjoyment of it. To better my mind and therefore personality I meditate and live a loving life.

You're right, I'm generalising and projecting. Obviously there are inherent risks with bodybuilding and it's chemically driven aspects but there are people who no doubt do it in a wholesome and loving sense. So forgive me, when assessing the reality around us it is easy to fall into a trap of believing everyone is as hate-filled and scorned as my own rotten ego.

Im doing big things... I workout daily.. raise my kids and take care of my home and also run a fortune 500 company that I started myself.
My goals for the future include buying a shrimpin boat and turning this into a fortune 1000 company
