I saw the Arnold Classic 93' tape last night and he got the guts to tell Arnold right in to his face "that those were his Measurements"............


The only thing that Arnold could come up with was ..."so those are world record measurements, right?"


That Flex guy was full of shit right from the start.

Its all bullshit. Minus 2 maybe 3 from the arms and add 2 maybe 3 to the waist for a more realistic picture

Flex's arms were never 23" even when he had them pumped to the brim with synthol. He might have had 20s with esiclene shots back in 93

all these guys claiming these tiny waist measurements are full of shit. my girlish waist is fucking tiny and it still is a solid 29-30 inches...
theres no way a huge pro bber is going to have a 27 inch waist. buchanon probably did but his was so small it looked stupid. id guess the smallest waists in bbing are more like 30-31 inches at best.

Seeing as though the average circumference of a mans head is 21" in diameter, a claim of having a 23" arm is quite a stretch for Flex.  Obviously looking at pics his arms are SMALLER than his head in circumference.
