Arnold's right bi had an absurd peak and unmatched by anybody in that time. I'm sure if he was competing today he would be accused of using synthol.

It's an interesting contrast in long vs short(er) biceps, and peak vs flat. I personally think Sergio's biceps are slightly too long. The extra length flattens his peak and slightly alters how he hits a biceps pose.

Sergio's forearm was always very upright when he hits the pose, compared to ~~most~~ practically everyone. Could he even move it further than that?

One thing that always amazed me about the myth was the size of his forearms, people don't seem to include forearms when they talk about "Who had the best arms" but sergio's were flat out ridiculous no?

It's a fantastic shot alright, Sergio looks flawless here, from the low calf insertions right up to ridiculous forearm development.

I really don't think anyone else could pull off that pose or would have the balls to try it, Lee Priest being an exception.

Arnold had his side chest which is a great shot for him but Sergio's signature pose is more impressive, In my opinion...

His thickness is still unrivaled today, all things considered.

The only guys that really come close to being complete Meso's right off the top of my head are Flex Lewis, Lee Priest and Dorian Yates.

No, not Jay, not Ronnie... you have to understand "structure" ~ Jay actually has some Endomorphic traits and Ronnie has some Ectomorphic traits. Not saying they were not predominantly Meso's ~ what I *am* saying is that Sergio, Flex Lewis and Lee are as close as you can get to pure Meso's.

Dig into the past and I'll throw Mike Mentzer in there....

I know, I know, this opinion of mine could be debated for days. I would have to be WAAAAAAY more specific to keep peeps from getting all butt-hurt over their favorites.

All Pro BB's have highly predominant Meso qualities.... but that's not the point I am trying to relay. Yeah? Otay....

Look at the thickness of his wrists compared to Arnold's...

Im a huge bodybuilding fan/nerd (outed), but Sergio has never ever caught my heterosexual eye. Like the opposite of what I find impressive and appealing.
