Rush = technical virtuosity and epic tales sung poorly. Minimal/no soul to the music, and chicks don't dig it
The Who = powerful & clean rock. Great vocalists and more soul to the sound. Chicks dig 'em more than Rush

Both bands suck.That being said I would give it to rush at least they have one person that can play,the drummer.though he isn't the best, he's good.Nobody else in either group is worth a shit.I'm serious.not trolling.
