Bro first try a high dose of b5 I had the worst cystic acne ever after my first cycle. Dose it high it works. Also get some wash with benzoyl peroxide and tan once a week. Accutane is nasty shit.

I was in the same situation, horrible bacne all my life and steroids made it worse. I said fuck it, and started taking accutane 20mg EOD for 2 months, and then upped the dose to 20mg/day.

All acne is GONE in less than 3 months, it's great and the skin is much less oily. It's kinda strange because it does not get immediately better, it gets "worse" before it gets better. The thing is, accutante is seriously powerful, you probably don't need retarded high dosages (60~80mg/day) that will just cause more side effects, and there is actually reasearch supporting low dose accutane use. Only side effects I can tell are dry lips and nose.

Yes, if you do take it take 10-20mg and not the 60-80mg a doctor will prescribe.  While it won't nuke your acne for the rest of your life--like the high dose will--it will quell the acne without severe side effects
