burned my fucking hand on the pan

AFTER I pulled it out of the oven with a mit, set the mit down and went to adjust the handle. ::)

Can't lift now, or can I?  ???

I'd probably do a lot of cardio and workout legs a few times a week until the hand heals up.

If it's blistering up, you don't want to fuck around like Chiro said. The gym is a breeding ground for germs, and while I never wipe shit down or anything a blister is like bending over and telling Vince Goodrum to have at it with no spit. You really, really don't want to put yourself into that situation.

MRSA is fucking everywhere! My girl who's a nurse (shoutout to Team Nursebangers) sees this shit daily. Totally opened my eyes to how nasty that shit is. Now I never touch my face, neck, head, or anything once I step foot in the gym, toss my water bottle every workout. Wash hands for like 2 minutes when I'm done.

Why? Don't you like to keep your immune system in good practice? I never wash my hands in the gym, nor do I use a towel.  Keeps my body healthy.

I tell ya... I used to use purrell all the time... kept a bottle handy.  I was sick all the time.

these days... I rarely get sick.  I wash hands after bathroom and before eating, but no more alcohol on hands all the time.  Kids are dirty, I mean disgusting at times lol... but they do build up immune system of grownups after a few years.
