Finished my workout

I used these beasts for 4 sets of flies for rear delts at the end, then 20 min cardio and stretching. Game over!

5kg is enough for me..even roided on 1gram of tren I never go above 5-7 kg on this exercise .. If you do it strict and isolate rear delts I doubt you would even come close to 10kg dumbells. I get more out of 5 kg then you do obviously otherwise you'd have better delts which you don't. That's how I see it  ;D

My legs are coming along nicely actually..might be the angle and the hair

I do very short cycles .. 700mg tren weekly, 350prop, and 350 dbol .. for 5-6 weeks...then I stop completely

seems like a waste. And id go insane with that much tren and that little test. I invert it, 700mg test / 150-300mg tren, and the trwn makes me anxious and bordeine psychotic from sleep depravation.

Stop with you bullshit please, I do my rear delt's raises with absolute perfect form with the 12's, holding for a second, contracting and coming down slowly, if I wanted to do it with shit form i'd use the 20 kilo dumbbells so bitch please.

But seriously this is good motivation for me cos now I realize what true fucking freak of nature I would really be if I hopped on.

Problem is some chick I really care about told me pretty much if I hop on she doesn't want anything to do with me anymore so it's hard right now.

How long do you hold that size/condition afterwards?
I was actually surprised that for a full month afterwards I started eating anything and everything, went off the stack and I looked excellent for another month. After that you deflate to your natural limit.

Here's a pic 40 days after the last shot/pill. It did not make sense to me at all but in hindsight, maybe the extreme strict dieting was the culprit so once the body got ahold of calories...that and the fact that I used a tri blend of tren esters ..maybe they stayed in the system longer.

And here is the thing (never taken gear in my life) ...and I hardly ever even train legs now cos when I do, they end up getting ridiculously huge.

Yeah but if you got 32 inch waist and nearly 26 inch legs its a fucking nightmare to get into suits or nice jeans cos you gonna have to get 34 inch waist trousers and it looks stupid and doesn't get the girls.

waste, as in waste to run all that for only six weeks.

as far as test, I know plentu of people that believe in low test/high anabolics, but not many that run low test high tren..

I believe you dont need anymore than maintenence test as well... I just know my sanity does far better with less tren and more test. Tren fucks with my sex as well, wifey gets upset when I cant nut for hours.
