PCT with Test

Say it's your first cycle and you just doing Test for 10-12 weeks. How much and what PCT would be best. Any thoughts?

PCT with nolvadex should be good enough..Maybe a few shots of HCG to prime the axis for PCT..I would use 40mg nolvadex for the first two weeks, and 20mg for the last two weeks.
