I don't think the tester was scientific on this, he said they where all winners. Nonetheless it was interesting and motivating..

That's actually surprising, not the weightlifter part, but the powerlifter. Bodybuilders usually have better stamina than powerlifters, since those guys usually train for singles, and weightliters destroy both.

I put this in the other thread but I think the bodybuilder fucked himself by doing a 20 set rep straight out of the gate. He was pretty much gassed after that.
