I have a friend in his mid 30's  about 6'1" 6'2"  looks huge around  245 ripped but he thinks he loos small as you may imagine hes in a shitload of drugs  and looks like he could step on any stage and win a contest (no joke)  but he thinks he wouldnt crack top 6 due lack of size  btw, hes not lagging any body part ....

Ha has the same amazing condition for about 3 years  with no  break from the juice....


How long should you remain in top condition until it becomes unhealthy ?
