when I was in my 20's I trained for 1200x3....which is 405x3 bench, squat, dl......so I'm hoping 315 is not an issue for me, we'll see over the next year or so how I progress, BUT I wont risk injury my cock measuring days are done
and I do squats with great form never pressure on my lower back, all legs/ass or I rack.
