I don't like DL so I don't do it.

Looks can be achieved by moderate poundages and high reps.
No need to fuck up your back or tear a pec doing it.

at 315 I should be in danger of injury....only fear is damaging shoulder surgery in 2013.

at your best werent you over 400.....hard to believe that huge growth can be gotten from low weight/high rep. imo

I have a badly herniated lower back, frail shoulder joints, plus my recovering achillean .. all for stupid shows of strength

when I was in my 20's I trained for 1200x3....which is 405x3 bench, squat, dl......so I'm hoping 315 is not an issue for me, we'll see over the next year or so how I progress, BUT I wont risk injury my cock measuring days are done  :-\

and I do squats with great form never pressure on my lower back, all legs/ass or I rack.
