Most people aren't mad that he shot the kid after getting into a fight with him (no proof who started it, zero witnesses by the way).

Most people are mad that he jumped out of his truck with a 9mm and ran 2 blocks thru the yards after a kid, all while on the phone calling the kid a punk, a-hole, etc.  

FL law allows a person to chase after and even START a fight - and then shoot this person once you decide you wish to exit the fight and suddenly you're scared.

There isn't a punishment for provoking a situation or chasing someone down or even starting the fight.

we all know, after 18 months of training, he wasn't quite the cream puff that the witness claimed.

the witness did very well during and after the trial by exploiting his great friendship with zimmerman.

well, he's full of shit on that point.  Zimm lied about a few things, he was honest about some things.   You don't train for 18 months and still not be able to throw a punch, sorry.  Particularly with his law enforcement background, his quickness with the fists when it comes to law enforcement and ex-wife...

yeahhhhhh I'm betting zimmerman was very good with his hands and could hold his own.

I kind of liked the part about him looking out for his neighborhood, especially considering all the recent break ins.  Wish more people cared

On some level even Zimmerpig realises he deserves to be punished, he also realises that the public won't be happy until they see him get some type of punishment.  I suppose he figures a public arse whipping will satisfy some folk and reduce their scorn for him somewhat.  I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't have professional PR trying to spin his infamy into something more lucrative.
