I talked to him two nights ago at the gym, he said he's not doing the Arnold but he's probably doing Shawn's CO show in May (?)

And yes he is kicking a$$ with his product line, so I doubt he's feeling as much pressure to compete. Oh yeah, and his arms are way tiny..

The pec actually consists of two different muscles. That "ditch" in Art's pec is the shows the difference. It is not visible in people with less mass and definition. I've worked out with Art. His arms and shoulders are actually huge. They only look small compared to his chest and back. He knows that the judges are looking for something different than what he has presented in his last few contests. He's addressing that. But even without making any changes, he is definitely one of the most amazing-looking guest posers out there.

I've been good friends with art for 3 years. A very nice guy. He is one big mofo. He has been making slow changes to his body over the past 8-12 months. I look forward to him getting on stage again. Art is smart, making his money from the sport.
