look on the label, it should say "standardized for 20% ephedrine alkaloids" or something, and list the content of ephedrine alkaloids, like 5, 10, 20, 25mg or something. that's the number you want. the capsules that are 500mg, 1000mg, 1200mg of ephedra bark don't mean anything.. you want the see the standardized alkaloids dose.
find that, and take enough for 20-25mg alkaloids twice a day... early morning and afternoon (not night).
