It's almost like there's some sort of pattern here.  Dude is smart enough to get away with violent crimes.  Period.

The Zimm walks on this one. The GF did not call the popo at the time of the alleged throwing of the bottle of vino. She got pulled over later that night for a traffic violation and told the police then, perhaps to avoid a ticket. There were no witnesses to the alleged wine bottle toss, and she had no injuries so there is no physical evidence. The courts: 0, Zimm: 4.
