now if you feel like things are improving (slowly but surely), why is that so? these time frames of improvement arent always consistent but they seem real enough to you .

now when you eat a shit loaded mcdonalds burger meal and you feel like shit, do you feel like you deserve to feel like shit or deserve to feel better because you ate alot of tasty food. i must contemplate that you probably thought you deserved to feel better because of the meal.

If you feel good than you feel good. If you feel like shit than you feel like shit. It is or it isn't. Do what it takes to make whatever you feel needs to be happen in reality. If you can't make it the reality, than the universe itself says you don't deserve it. Convince the universe and it will make it so. If you personally feel there is a deserving of something than you reject your own reality of how it is for how it should be. That won't get anyone anywhere.

Depending on what choices people make in life, we all tend to get what we deserve - for better or worse, whether we like it or not.

"Deserve's got nothing to do with it."
deserve=expect or predict or earned

deserve almost implies unseen calculation or justification of forces

science admits it doesnt see much such as the unseen

thus your post is weak in thought

i put way too much thought in this post just to make a point on the internets
