today delt work out
5 sets of side laterals with 10kg dumbells for 10-15 reps
5 set of lateral raise laying on my side on incline bench 5kg dumbell for 10-12 rep
5 set bent over delt raise with 20kg, 18kg, 16kg for 10-12 rep
5 set behind neck press smith machine 15kg each side for 10 rep or so
