Effects on Acne

it is same, superior or inferior to close grip bench press?


should you do both in the same workout or is that too much of a good thing?


i'm gonna do arms nothing but arms today

triceps biceps brachialis forearms

both build mass & power

I think reverse grip is better for building the meaty inner head of the tricep. The version Close Grip is better for building the outer head.

Do both for a 3D look

4x8-10 narrow grip bench press

4x8-12 standing barbell curl no relax at bottom constant tensions

4x8-10 reverse grip smith machine bench press

4x8-12 hammercurl/pinwheel curl (two sets of both to be sure which one is the best type of curl)

4x8-12 french curl (skull crusher pretty much)

4x8-12 standing dumbell curl two hands the same time no rest no relax

4x8-12 reverse grip cable extension/pushdown

I did 6 db skull crusher drop down sets yesterday, no rest. Arms & fore arms were pumped to the max.
