Johnny, why did you stop?  There are so many parts available in NC these days!!!  You could easily pick right back up.
thats quite the drive and can take all day even if you have a couple of parts in the movie, you would do great its in your own back yard, fyi its good if you can practice how to do cartwheels and or flips if you can do that i could never do them maybe one day. always use crazy expressive faces to single you out from the pack

ive been doing super fast as lightening jumping jacks, latley been forgetting to drink water that has hurt progress

I keep an empty 64 ounce bottle of orange juice and fill with with water.  I refill it twice throughout the day and then I fill it again before my workout.  I end drinking the whole thing during my workout.  So I do 192 ounces of water minimum in addition to 4-12 Pepsi Max a day.  A lot of liquids for sure.

thats good i havent been drinking enough water, it started to slip up on me when gradually drinking less

That's my point exactly.  That pic is from when they did a video with Kali Muscle back in June of 2013.  They looked great.  Ripped and vascular.  In the most recent video you posted, they look to have gained fat, and lost muscle.  There faces and arms look very bloated, and doughy.

Have they stopped working out?  Stopped dieting?   ???

They increased calories is all and started Powerlifting.

Nope.  Just trying to increase strength.  They diet around 1800-1900 calories eating the same way.

They aren`t on gear and they are purposely upping their calories and not trying to be lean.
