I'm still relatively young at 25...so I like doing one balls out heavy exercise (bench, deads, squats), and then a plethora of these pump sets after that like Toney does. Seems a good balance.

Same here workout wise.

Who the fuck cares what you "endorse"? You're an established assclown with zero accomplishments. Just a string of false starts. Go away.

why do you follow me around like a lost puppy? You clearly mistake my dick for your mom's nipple.

You must be mistaking your father's dick for your mom's nipple ukjeff, which musta been the case during early childhood. This would explain why you substitute milk for cum and your current fuckedupintheheadness.

As we get older we get smarter. Same style of training I learned from Ron Love. His training philosophy I endorse 100% and recommend it to all aspiring bodybuilders.

Tony is a great guy.  I worked out with him many times when I lived in Atlanta.  We hung out in Vegas a good bit after the 2012 Olympia as well.  Dude is probably the second funniest pro that I know.  (Paul Baker being the first.)   Great guy, not just in terms of BBing either.

It's not HUGE numbers but I was benching over 300lbs regularly when I realized it was doing nothing for my pecs that benching 225lbs or less could.

I think that there's a strength and size correlation, but ridiculously heavy weights have no place in bodybuilding. Not if you care about longevity at least...

A couple.  But nothing as shady or shifty like a few other pros.   And by pros I am referring to real PrOS types.

I am on the same page with him because throwing around big weights got me injured again and again. So I discovered that you can train better with light weights and learn to focus and isolate.

For sure. I'll have to focus more. I noticed that when I am lazy and do not focus I tend to swing bigger weights as an excuse. And to impress others because it does not aid building more muscle.

For the last few months I've really been trying to focus on the mind-muscle connection. Lifting lighter and squeezing the muscle. But to be honest I do mix it up. I like to go lighter on certain exercises like dumbbell flies and heavier on benching exercises.

then you are not really focusing and feeling it .. once you do, you'll never go "heavy" again

Thats the thing, I have had workouts where I was doing the mind-muscle connection the whole work out. I was going lighter and squeezing the muscle for every rep. Really putting my mind into the muscle throughout the whole work out.  However, old habits die hard (going heavy, well, heavy for me).
