Samuel L Jackson was sensational as "Dillon" in Predator.

Seriously though, I thought that he was very good in a late 90's science fiction movie called "Sphere". He played a mathematician.

I think that it's a bit insulting to have to waste your time talking to a interviewer... Who thinks so little of you, that he can't be bothered to have accurate information about you (on live TV)

This is what it means to be in show business, your stock in trade is how much attention you can capture and they spend their careers frantically fighting for the spotlight. Watch Extras, which does a great job illustrating the constant degradation. Sam Jackson would rather tarnish this man for an innocent mistake by implying that the interviewer is a racist, than face up to the fact that he is no longer that relevant.
