Hello I'm new here!
« on: February 10, 2014, 04:25:34 PM »
Hi.

I am 25 year old obese female and I am here to change my ways in 2014. I am 5 feet 4 inches and weigh almost 250 pounds. since jan 1 I've already lost 20 pounds so im doing good but I need to do better. my goal is to become an ifbb bikini pro but I know im a long way off.

to tell you the truth I really don't know where to start. I was 269 January 1 and am now 248.

I don't want to get big muscles that looks gross on women haha. but i'd like to be lean and toned.

I've started walkng regularly and that's how I've lost 20 pounds already, but i'd like to start a weight lifting routine.

can you give me something for a beginner that's not going to bulk me up but give me that leaned toned look?

any and all advice appreciated! Smiley

Galeniko is known worldwide. Everybody knows him. Just start a new thread called: "Galeniko i'm calling you out".

Welcome MrsMuscles

Keep doing what you're doing, just never call Shizzles fat again, he is bigboned.

Or so ChopperRider tells us.

Yes yes, that "fat" thing was out of place.

ShitsonU doesn't deserve that kind of label.

He has had some trouble in the past but he also proven what he is made of.

I never meant to hurt him at all. I am sorry. He is obviously very big boned and that does make a difference with weight.

post some bikini shots or go away. over the last 2days there have been an above average of new members posting to say "hi".
I say it is a troll/gimmick from the usual suspects.
