just a quick update fellas

mr. trollbody will be getting update pics from me next week and these pics will be 2 weeks apart from my last pics and over that course in time i will have gained a good 5 to 6 kilo with only a slight increase in bodyfat

and mr. trolbody is an honest individual, so he will let y'all know the truth

it seems that i've put most of this weight on my arms and back but we'll know for sure once we view these update pics
