Tottaly believeable.
A friend of mine completely unknown to the world does 4 plates each side for 4 reps alone. 5"7 200lbs, drug regime half a gram test half gram deca a week, 3 anapolon daily, eight to 10 week cycles. He squats and deadlifts the same amount. Genetics.

Exactly, I know a fucker who does 440 for 6 and hes nowhere near the size of this mofo in the video.

levrone did video 2/3 week before olympia and while dieting, and he benched 500 for 3/5 reps.

Very impressive. Long pauses at the bottom of several of the reps too.

I would never go any further than 400 lb if I was a bodyuilder, 315 is good enough. Just increase the intensity, do more reps. Going that heavy can ruin his whol bb carrer! Thats just stupid!!
