Hey man, out of a lot of people here, you seem like one of the most down to earth, honest guys. So Ill give you the benefit of the doubt when you say you believe he is natural.

You should ask him to post here so he can share his routine and diet. I'm assuming he gets 8 hours sleep a night, practices meditation, gets lots of fresh air and takes a good brand of creatine?

Wasn't trying to imply he is a liar because I am very confident he is natural. Guess I just wanted to see what could be accomplished without drugs , not that I'm anti steroid.

@mawse I told him about getbig but he's not the forum type of guy. He does get a good amount of sleep because we were room mates for two years. Not sure what fresh air has to do. He uses creating off and on, but is a bigger believer in l-glutamine.

Na. I haven't seen him in a while. I don't even know if he still trains. He had incredible discipline when it came to dieting. Always had prepared food he weighed before hand, never cheated etc. The guy was a freak.

Great physique. I believe you he is natural because he has been training for many years and never missed a workout. All this workouts add up. He also must be related to BigChiro's former roomate who was also naturally shredded at 6% while eating 500g of carbs a day. I wish I had their genetics
