I saw him last August at the DJC (and heard him unfortunately too.... all..... morning.... and.... evening.... long.  As the damn fool would not shut his damn mouth one second.)  He wears sweatbands over that area now.

Dude looked good considering his situation in 06. better than alot of people doing comebacks under normal terms.That said don when posing had this thing going on that he kinda looked worse when he flexed vs just standing there, and ken wheeler was the opposite and BANG just grew and looked better with each pose. Anyway It sure takes balls from don to comp under dialysis. Not something we are about to see anytime soon i guess.

In 2006 he claimed he ate almost only rice. The protein intake was minimal like 100grams a day due to his condition. Yet he was big as a house.
Is protein overrated?

Once you're lean and maintaining your muscle you don't need to gorge on it.  But these fuckers also lie.  Sure his protein intake was 100 grams, but they forget to mention the 25 grams of BCAA, the 100 grams of Aminos, the 40 grams of glutamine, the 20 grams or arganine, the 50 grams of leucine etc... because aminos are not protein  ::)
