We are all too familiar with accusations of roid use etc..
Today I receive a pm on facebook from a blonde who goes to some fitness club I believe but does not know anything about bodybuilding.
"What did you use for your 5 month transformation because it's pretty clear you did not just eat and lift".
You all know how I did it. Diet for 3 months and three weeks, and a short 5 week cycle at the end.
I am obviously pissed because she does not understand what it takes bla bla plus she accuses me of "roid" usage
So how would YOU answer?
