This comment was meant kind of in the literal sense and kind of in a metaphoric one. If I have a woman already and give her the look, she definitely knows what time it is. This look is not to be overused. As with many things, if you use it too much, it will lose it's effectiveness. But yes, using neuro linguistics programming you could quiet easily associate the look with sex and the best sex that woman ever had and it will be ingrained her brain to want sex every time you give that look. This is dark science stuff here and I've held it back from here because there are too many nutcases on this board that would use this science for nefarious purposes.
If you don't know the girl different story. There has to be a mutual interest and this is made by initial eye contact. They key is not to stare and look away like a wanker.
