Very interesting. Obviously lifted before the 13 weeks, but had time off I suppose. Strength is there but still no real thickness in the muscles. I mean he's deadlifting 4 for reps and you can't even see the erector muscles in his back.
nah hes thick.just fat.way too fat.
i find this is what a serious trainer and ok responder can except as far mas goes.
after diet he will lok good.
has realy estrogenic fat distribution.

sure some will be disapoint(the daydreamers), some will be "wow"
