It appears Aaron is truly living the dream.  I'd venture to guess that he's in way over his head though.  615K for this house is not smart.  One mistake, and it's going to be Freddy Mac repo time.   :D

I do hope he's careful. He's got a wife and kid to think about. Spend within his means and don't take on too much debt. It only takes a small bump in interest rates before the banks swoop in.
