 You are 170lbs with higher bodyfat and I was 220 there with 10% so basically the same but  minor 50lbs of muscle difference

I think you are confusing the pictures.

I think hes referring to the one with the hairy bear like chest.

You have never been 220 at 10 percent unless you are a lot taller than I think you are.

in the pic that sparks your bear fantasy, I was 219lbs, 10% and I am 5'11" 1/2 (the half is VERY important)

I was much higher than that in the past ... maybe you are new to the boards and never seen my pics the trailer, let me look them up
