What would you do?

If you were dropping your kid off at his elementary school and there is a gay couple dropping off their kid, and your kid asks "why does he have 2 daddies?"  What would you say?

I would say they are parents just like anyone else and that they adopted the kid or had a surrogate mother.

Whats the problem here?

I'd explain to my children how their grandparents and great grandparents grew up in a glorious era, the first half of the 20th century. I'd go on to explain how the world went to hell in the 1960's when radical leftists and communists were allowed to gain power.

my kid likes me way more than mama.  I do fun things and we have more in common.  Mom's all about homework and chores, I'm all about building and wrecking things.

So he'd probably think being raised by 2 dads would be awesome.

I was at the zoo about 3 years ago and in the monkey cage there was about 6 monkey's...One of the monkeys was taking it's own poop and rubbing it on his genital area. The other monkey's kind of stayed away from the monkey doing that as if they didn't agree with it and thought it was gross. There was about a dozen people looking into the monkey cage at the time and one lady told her young son that the monkey rubbing the poop on himself was probably mentally challenged. I didn't think much of it at the time but about a year later I was back at the same zoo and saw the same monkey. This monkey had gotten a really pronounced face tattoo and what looked like the beginnings of a head tattoo. Thought that was really odd... :-\
