So I had major fucking meltdown yesterday, 5-6 day's of doing Keto, 600 calories & less than 30g carb's combined with the Craze come down's got me feeling super hypo all the time and feeling like shit and constantly grouchy and generally being an asshole to everybody.
It was always going to be inevitable that I was going to binge sooner or later (I fully expected this) and technically I am supposed to refeed once a week anyway.
So it happened last night I had MAJOR MAJOR FUCKING BINGE (first real one):
Here is what I ate: KFC
3 x Pieces Kentucky Fried Chicken Thigh
3 x hot wings
1 x Zinger Tower Burger
2 x Can's of coke
2 x Twix Chocolate Bar's
2 x Wotsits
3-4 pieces "Baklava" (sweet sugar filled dessert)
.... I could have eaten WAY more but I decided to reign it in a bit.
My stomach felt like exploding, was in so much pain and couldn't sleep.
Then I had huge fucking guilt trip and started cursing at myself (this always happens with me, even though I know the binge is ok and part of the plan) and I started feeling like a loser, but told myself to stop it and it ok.
WOKE UP THIS MORNING FEELING GREAT AND LIKE A MILLION BUCKS.
I was dreading going on the scale but I did anyway and it was a really pleasant surprise to know I only rebounded 3.7lb's (was expecting way more)
Looked in the mirror and suddenly the muscles were back and I looked myself again. BOOM
Obviously still holding water from the carb's but no big deal.
Obviously still obese fat but it ok, I will get there.
Went to the gym and had BEAST of a session, Did back, shoulders and arms for 3 and half hours.
I swear down I must have done like 80 sets for back alone. No Joke.
Noticed I was getting looks again cos the veins were popping out a bit now.
When I was depleted during the week everyone thought I was a pussy and wasn't looking at me.
Now they're taking notice again and wandering what package I am bringing to the table for this summer (they know from last year how phenomenal I looked)
I love Keto so much it was all worth it, carrying on with it. Greatest diet EVER.
Currently doing 48 hour water fast to deplete as much as possible for another 6-7 days of hell.
Gonna get tighter and tighter every week and each week should get easier to handle the hypo.
Feeling confident that 3-4 months should be plenty of time to get down to 7-8% BF.
I knew I was right to trust my instincts and stick to my guns.
