Since 5 months ago - I have minimal even though I'm like a massive abuser of steroids and Sela like.
So over the last 5 months - with tripled dosages of many things including HGH and insulin at very high dosage.... how is it even possible I gained JUST 1KG of skeletal muscle mass???

I look in the mirror and I'm much bigger looking. So what's skeletal muscle mass? Is that muscle without the inflated water inside? If I remove the bodyfat %, tehn people know that is wha they get themselves

So I'm bigger looking but technically the same according to the stats... how is this possible?
Is my gear fake - didn't gain anything it seems based on the numbers

Weight = now 129.3kg from 127.3kg
Skeletal Muscle Mass = now 65.1kg from 63.9kg
Total Body Water = now 81.6kg from 80.3kg
Fat Free Mass = now 111.5kg from 109.5kg
Bodyfat = now 13.8% - no change

Response to gear is also genetic. Maybe this guy should consider stamp collecting. Or getting a job.

Holy shit, he needs to stop everything (juicing, working out, etc) for 6 months and start from scratch. What a mess.

he needs to eat less.

his gear is bunk

his training is shit

his diet is crap

his look is consistent with the above.

hes a fat fuck this is what happens when you do gear but dont pay attention to diet.

not genetics response, really no.

classic case of better never started any of this

Maybe he's one of those guys with 18% bf who thinks he's "one of the bigger guys" and starting up a hormonas protocol will "strip the fat right off" :D

training
food
genetics

if either one is missing you're going to look like shit regardless of gear. his gear could be bunk but I'd say it's one of the mentioned above, probably all.

haha yes.

if he gains any more face bloat, his cheek skin will be torn too.

and his chin is about to give a big bang to a double chin soon.

brutal legs theres 20lbs of water and 10lbs on those "wheels" alone.

hes the kinda guy who"ill just change compounds and get dry in no time"

haha oh brother, better to not train and look like djace120

no hes just a plain fatto.

if ppl blame this on genetics, they do not understand things.

if i ate avergage joes diet of random 3000cals a day of pure shit, i wouldnt look any better.

this guy is prime example of what happens when you eat like adonis suggests.this is what gonna happen on steroids.

i only now read the text in the first post.

the guy is an absolute idiot going by numbers from some test.

and my goodness hes 120kgs, yest looks like barely trained.

how did he only gain 1kg of skeletal muscle mass as he says.well his overall gains since he started wont be that much more than that.all hes gained is fat, water and muscular glycogen retention.by the time hes hsredded, there wont be anything left of off this fat fuck.

5mths on gh and slin wow, so fucking what, try 10 years, fatto.esp the insulin and you will gain even more fat.you disgusting pig.

its hilarious that hes trying to gain muscle when hes such a repulsive fat swine in the first place.

the 14% bodyfat im sceptic about that too, hes more fatter than that.

lets asume 15% to easy calculate.

thats about 40lbs of pure fat to lose until decently shredded.

haha good luck with that.would take forever on my diet, will take one year on what he probably will do(he will never get shredded).

on top of that some 20-30lbs water bloat have to go.

see this is why i tell ppl to not go over 10%, to not start gear or cheat meals till under 10%, and certainly to not try gaining anything when so fat.

if hes going to so steroids best to diet straight away.

fuck hes actulay 130kgs hahahha goes to show how much weight means anything, for the americano frendos thats uhm 290lbs.haha, hes "bigger" than prime levrone and cswole

I advised him to stop everything and eat right and train for a year clean and get his BF levels down.

It went ignored.
Read the thread, they guy just went from bad to worse, total fuckwit.
He mellowed near the end but he still doesnt listen.
