Never was able to go an oz over that... that was my gusto.. all I did was eat sleep (alot) and trained.

your a quack...drj's initial loss will be be water a bunch and since he's pretty thick muscle wise ,he will be way ahead of you in terms size/condition,you have to diet off weight/fat and train your balls off to get a 'build'of respectable level.to compare your heavyness to his thickly bulked 20 yr plus physique is way off.he had an incredible build yrs ago that i could never attain god bless him.

he is off-season dumb fuck. Look at one of his competition photos when Dr.J cutts weight he looks just about pro level, he actually has better legs then most pros. Dr.J also does not use a insane amount of steroids. Dr.J is fucking huge and like I said he has crazy quad sweeps and nice teardrops! comes in looking bone dry when he competes.
