There has been a lot of confusion about the actual requirements for Arm Don status.

Groink if thats the requirement to get into your little club, then some people are in your club who shouldnt be (if requirement is your the size of your arm or bigger).

Train them on the same day.

No real set routine..high reps is the only constant...12-16 reps every set.

3 exercises for each...4 sets.

I have a million different exercises.
