You nailed it. All of today's champs with a few exceptions look like soft bloated muscle. They have a look like they are taking the same drugs cause they have the same look to their muscles. Just drug bloat. Look at the pictures of when Zane and Samir won. Hard dense muscle and not balloon muscles. The early 80's and late 70's guys had it all over the current guys. Who cares how big your legs are when you have a big beer type belly you have to constantly suck in.

todays crap crowd doesnt realize that even coleman had a 15th place structure and placed such... until he fully hormoned/synthol-calfed it...he still had a very AVERAGE bone-muscle structure, just exceptional size though

There is a total lack of understanding of basic muscle-skeletal aesthetics, just a misunderstanding that whichever goon gets the biggest through whatever means possible is the "best".

I totally agree with Samir. The guy was way better than any of these guys after lee Haney. Bodybuilding went down hill right after Haney. The builds the guys had at their peak in the 70s and early mid 80s where what most of us would rather have. This I am pretty sure is fact, not to mention what would a women be more attracted to.

everybody uses as much as they think they can.... as much as they think is safe. if they personally know of a guy using 6 grams a week, they'll use 6g's a week or more.. especially when you're competing for the title of the GREATEST BODYBUILDER ON EARTH, or what was at the time.

Samir used as much as anybody else did back then... he's bitter now that he sees other guys using wayyyyy more and not experiencing the side effects he and everybody else were convinced would occur with higher doses.

Don't think he's bitter, like others have said its mass for the sake of mass, look at branch warren . Some are still aesthetic but almost all have guts and glazed donut looks to them
