Well I'm not in my twenties anymore.  I could be considered "older", so let me tell you what works for me.

When I see a beautiful woman walk by I yell loudly and present my massive wiener to her.

I specialized on grannies due to still living with my, now older, mom.
Full win because food and sex in abundance.  :D

If feel tempted to date lesser birds I highly recommend grocery shops with women you dig or learn to dance which is the best option for self esteem and quality.
