No, it's the hourly rate I have to pay for top contractors. I use them for specific projects and then let them go.

But, yes, they can make fucking bank if they are good. Usually a shitty contractor is $90-$100/hour.

You can price a project, but a lot of times it's easier to just rent the talent by the hour. I have a friend that was pulling $120/hour for 45-50 hour weeks for 7 years. She has a nice Porsche.
