most of the time its done when actors/musicians go on down time between projects,rarely seen and wear caps for some pics if caught during that time,and some shave off there hair/crew cut it and say its new look for role or just to change things in interview,and then they come back yr later longer hair or fuller or just hairline change thats apparent.its not easy for most people to grow out so quick as people in industry who have $$$ to get it done quick ...
