Isn't that in the book "Behold a Pale Horse" by Bill Cooper? I got that book back in 2002. I thought there was a chapter in there called that. Anyway I know what it's about.

I haven't read that book buddy. I just discovered this 'quiet wars' document and it is really interesting reading. It was apparently written in the 1950's and outlines the Bilderberg agenda which has been implemented ever since. A lot of stuff in there makes sense of what is going on in the world right now.

Yep, that's it. Scary isn't? The crazy part is that at least 1/3 of the people on this board don't believe any of it. They've been really effective at dumbing people down.
