TMZ Sports has obtained footage of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice dragging his fiancee (who appears to be out cold) out of an elevator in an Atlantic City casino ... moments after cops say they attacked each other on the property.

The footage was shot on February 15th ... right before Rice and his fiancee Janay Palmer were both arrested for assault at the Revel Casino. Cops say they have video which proved both parties attacked each other.

How can anyone work for a company like TMZ? I dont get it. Imagine spending most of your life reporting on the news of famous people? What a vapid and insipid job. I mean, how can anyone find meaning working for a company like TMZ? Do they really think they are contributing something to humanity? I cant imagine waking up and going to work, and having to write a story about who is getting divorced in hollywood. What a pointless task.
