jays good people, i was talking to him at nats in 2000,show victor martinez won, n jay was really a good guy. he was answering all my questions on dosages n cycle lengths n also nutrition,awesome guy

his exact words where (keep the train running) when i asked how many weeks should i stay on,lol. he said (why come off). i told him i was on 500mg a week of test n he laughed alittle, he said (WHY SO LOW) LOL

There's definitely a "Jay vibe". Whatever he's doing, Jay has this amazing talent, that special thing that transpires from him. A powerful sensation that you're about to fall asleep even if you were witnessing him doing the most outlandish stuff.

Somebody on promuscle spent a day with him and said that Jay told him to take as much GH as he could afford.

I skimmed through that video, probably the longest video of anything bodybuilding related I've watched in a while. A few observations:

Those fitness chicks at the beginning, some of them are just as bad as dudes with the ILS and flexing. Pretty unattractive

Those fitness chicks at the beginning were hot, I would like to go to one of these shows to see a gaggle of fit fine hoes like this, but I am not sure if I could deal with all of the shoulder bumping, and flared lats that I am sure would accompany it.

Monica Brant, for being a bit older, still has a fucking smoking body, hands were a bit large though, that she tried to conceal with large jewelry, but you could still tell.

Jay, seems a bit boring, but good on him for actually taking time to talk to fans and take pics. Most of these guys seem to think that they are famous or something, and shouldn't be bothered with "normal folk".

Those MetRx dudes he ran into, they were younger, you could tell that they didn't really respect Jay as much anymore with his loss of size. Probably what keeps guys like him and Ronnie on permanent high levels of juice.

For 25 years, Jay's been the biggest dude in every room. Girls eyeballing him, guys all sucking up. He's grown so used to the praise and respect that he feels it is normal.

Now, not ONLY has that gone away... but now it's the OPPOSITE. He can't just be another dude in the room.

Now, every dude in the room comes up to him like "Bro, what happened?!?!". That's worse. "You lost all your muscle!" and "Why aren't you lifting anymore?" Suddenly, years of denying using "super supplements" becomes kinda difficult. The BBers can either admit "Hey jackass, I stopped gear, what do you think happened?" or mumble something about slimming down for his health. It's gotta suck, all the time to hear, "Wow, you got SMALL!"

When you consider, after 20+ years in the industry, everyone around him is about muscle and being big... it's gotta be very difficult for Jay, Ronnie, or any BBer once they retire. Those who disappear can move back to Ohio or Iowa or wherever and just be semi-retired dudes that stay out of the limelight. But if he's at an Expo, Jay knows... I'm going to be looked at by 50,000 pairs of eyes, and they'll all be asking, "What happened? Why is he so small?"

I can understand why dudes be wearing 3 oversized long-sleeve shirts now.

This^^^I don't think Jay can ever be "healthy" because of the organ damage these guys have done to themselves. But dropping weight and cleaning out for good is the best thing he could do for his overall well being at this point. That and managing their type II diabetes by dropping their sugar intake considerably...
