even if he doubled this style of food intake he would just get a little fatter and bigger but become even more unhealthy, devolope more common colds, rashes , stomach ulcers kidney problems , low energy

i love how sometimes people say "oh i have high energy i dont need to change my diet"
they may workout but sit all day long, they think this 'works' until some health issue catches up with them or actually have to do more 'work' and find they dont have the energy for it
