I'm thinking Chile...best economy in South America, close to Argentina which is really my #1 choice!

Most Canadians I've met were cool and down to earth people.
The nature.
The low population density.
English is my best second language.
The climate (I can't stand hot temps).
The gyms.
Good healthcare system.
