Whoa! The Mexican government should have never released Caro Quintero before his sentence was over for killing that DEA agent. THAT is probably why they finally got this guy.

there is a big news conference announcing his arrest.
over 1,000 Mexican marines around the airport in Mazatlan Mexico where they have him.
they know there might be a attempt to free him..
