Start training with the two pound dumbbells 100 reps per set light weight baby!!!!!!!!!

actually this is the best advise , the extremely low weight high rep and focus on form will make the most difference.  Pinning GH anywhere will help your shoulder.

I got cut a year ago.....had one setback due to ego, otherwise on track and getting stronger....245 flat for reps no pain, incline dumbbells 85 for reps some pain but minor....rotation issues still exist but I think that is my lack of stretching and working it out
