18 days? 18 days? For physique? Dude is ready last week. Nobody is that vascular/grainy in physique.  Eat man eat.

Good work.

Fuck physique if his legs match his upper body he should enter men's BB. I'm tired of seeing pregnant guys on stage. Good job.

Only a very remote guess but I would say he's entering Physique  because his legs are not up to par with his upper body,

But if his legs were up to par, I wold doubt that there would be any amateur BB contest in which he would not win the overall title.

His physique is what many GetBiggers and old time competitors think that today's IFBB BB Pros should look like.

It's gonna be interesting to see how he places in PHYSIQUE as he MAY BE too big (too muscular) for Physique and too small for bodybuilding....  which many feel is the best build possible.

I'd suggest he enter both but I think that is not allowed within NPC/IFBB events. I can't foresee him losing either one in that condition.

It's gonna be an interesting judges' decision.

probably knows hes not pregnant enough to get a second look in mens BB. BB is dging a rapid death, physique will overtake it in short order and then morph into BB again as the judges start rewarding the freaks again. Its all cyclical.

So I am guessing that the dearth of gear talk means that this fine athlete is ALL NATURAL. Good job in getting to 4% legless BF with only the use of creatine and protein powder.

SHOCK, Interesting 'cyclical' comment and you could be correct, but the 'pregnant look' that you mentioned appears to only be a 'problem' amongst the pros .... except for a few incidences among the super-heavy amateur contenders.

So I don't think he's too concerned about not being 'too pregnant' enough to do well in the BB event.

ANd ... there is a lot of truth regarding your 'cyclical' comment ....  being that things always go back to the way they used to be.

It's true regarding many things but right now it's very evident within the competitive world of bodybuilding.

Thanks.

Looks good. Do you help them to obtain their supplements or do they have to do that on their own?  I mean do you like at least tell them which GNC is a good source for their shops or do you act as a nutrition broker and get it for them?

Damn almost a real 2-to-1 ratio for protein, bodyweight vs grams.  Very tough to actually do.
Not really for only 350grams

Just saying, he needs to stretch more, his upper pecs are to tight, people underestimate how much shittier a tight muscle looks.

It gives you that shortened look, jay is the perfect example like he is stuck is position and when he flexes, nothing, no pop, no pop because the fibers are matters.

Have him do some extreme strecthing, getting the fascia really loose truly helps with fullness, im convinced.

He looks crazy, his skin is really thin.

This is a first for me.

So you can tell the tonicity of the muscle by its APPEARANCE ???

protein 350 = 1400cals, fat 50 = 450 cals, carbs 250 = 1000 cals..

thats 2850cals..

and he weighs 182 lbs?  so his BMR is about 1900 cals... he's consuming 950 cals more than his BMR every day..

adjusting the BMR to account for weight training, he'd have to get 3600 cals just to maintain his weight and condition.

seems to me that he'd have to reduce his energy spend or up the cals in order to retain mass over the next 18 days..as his bfat is already really low...not going to burn much more there..<edit: it did seem that way at first, but not so according to the math>

lets say he can lose another 5 lbs in fat, thats a deficit of 20000 cals...he'd be on a daily deficit of 900cals right now..so in 18 days thats 16000 cals...<edit- got the calc wrong>

conclusion..he'll lose 4lb of fat and should retain all his muscle

do you cycle his nutrient intake?..

i think u got it about right...after i fixed my calc..it looked like you got him in too much deficit at first (when i idd the calc wrong)
