Listen up you idiots. Competing at the Olympia level takes a toll on the body and when a guy decides to walk away it is smart of them to downsize. The same is true for guys in the NFL. The size needed to compete at the top of the pro level is extreme and nobody can hold on to that look forever. I saw Jay earlier this month at a show in Vegas and he is still massive. Not as massive as he has been at his very best but still bigger than 99.999999% of the members of this board. By the same logic applied to this thread Mohamed Ali should still be the best boxer in the world.

Wait five years and follow his progress. If he downsizes more and focuses exclusively on the financial side of the business he's in, I'll grant you your point. -everyone is different when it comes time to downsize from someone his size-
-of-course there is muscle atrophy IF he is coming off almost everything muscle will come off different depending on genetics and also in areas that site injections were being done---ther is so many roles that come into play-he is not eating near as much-not training near as much not doing any thing close to what he was as far as gear or gh or anything-  genetics also play a role when coming off and how the body reacts..and if he wanted to put size back on he could do it in a very short period of time-

At the time Hollywood was much different , 80's was the whole macho muscular man action hero stars so Arnold came out at the right time , in today's Hollywood not so much unless u consider the rock iconic and setting the standard
