I never schedule rest days. It's total bullshit to schedule them when you have NO CLUE when your body would need them. Also: what retard believes all muscles need rest at the exact same time? If my biceps feel hammered, they get a rest. Doesn't mean my triceps can't be trained. So why would I skip arm day completely? Hell, my medial delts have been feeling fried for two weeks, but my rear delts are still growing and getting stronger. So fuck no I'm not going to give my shoulders a complete rest. Medial delts get skipped one or two workouts, the rest is on full blast.
